Rest and Recharge – Ideal if You Need More Time to Unwind

Two-hour treatment: £90.

If you would like more time to unwind, rest and recharge, the Rest and Recharge treatment is the perfect option for you. The treatment includes a soothing facial and foot reflexology treatment, tailored to your individual needs. If you have any questions about this treatment, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Client Form: All new clients are required to complete an online client form for a treatment to go ahead, this form will be emailed or text to you within your appointment booking confirmation. Failure to complete the form will result in the appointment being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:  When booking a reflexology appointment, please read and note the following cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reflexology appointment, the following cancellation policy fees apply:

Treatments cancelled within 48 to 24 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the treatment price.

Treatments cancelled within 24 hours notice or less of the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of 100% of the treatment price.

No show – Failure to attend the scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the treatment price being charged.

Please note this cancellation policy also applies to bookings made when redeeming one of my treatment vouchers. If you are using a treatment voucher you can either pay the fee via bank transfer, or I can deduct the fee from your voucher total.

All fees are to be paid via bank transfer to Kelly Hainsworth by the date of the missed appointment.

Treatment Payment Methods: I accept cash, bank transfer and cheque as methods of payment.

Private Healthcare: Both Sovereign Health Care and Bupa cover reflexology. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and this means my clients may be able to claim for their treatments. If you have a private healthcare policy please contact them directly for full details.

Treatments take place in a warm, relaxing, and private room at The Health Workshop, in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The room is comfortable, and equipped to the highest standards. Please note the treatment room at The Health Workshop, is upstairs.

In addition to my soothing reflexology treatments, I can provide support to your well-being via my Neal’s Yard Remedies shop, Harrogate Organics, or Life Armour products. All natural well-being items can be delivered directly to your door. If you would like any product recommendations please feel free to contact me.

If you provide any sensitive medical/health information to me via email, text, phone conversation or social media messenger services, I will only hold and use this if we proceed to treatment, at which time I will require explicit consent from you to hold this data. If we do not proceed to treatment I will securely destroy all information sent.

All maternity reflexology, facial reflexology and foot reflexology clients will be required to read and sign a Privacy Notice under the GDPR guidelines. This notice will be issued at your first treatment.

As the owner of Kelly Hainsworth, I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

The Purpose of Processing Client Data

In order to give professional maternity reflexology, facial reflexology and foot reflexology treatments, I will need to gather and retain information about your health and well-being. I will only use this information for informing reflexology treatments and associated recommendations concerning aspects of health and well-being. This will be discussed in full at an appointment.
