Before purchasing a gift voucher, please check my opening hours to make sure the times available are suitable for the recipient.
Terms and Conditions for Vouchers
Expiry Date: Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Suitability: Please note the treatment room is upstairs, so a gift voucher may not be suitable for all clients. Before purchasing a gift voucher, please check my opening hours to make sure the times available are suitable for the recipient. This is your responsibility and refunds will not be given, if the recipient cannot attend during the available appointment times.
Lost or stolen vouchers: Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
