Easter 🐣 Break Hi everyone, the reflexology tr Easter 🐣 Break Hi everyone, the reflexology treatment room is now closed whilst I take a break for Easter and will re-open on Thursday 24th April. Thank you to everyone who has visited the treatment room in Ashby so far this year, and to everyone who has recommended my treatments to their family and friends. 🙏🏻 Thank you also to the wonderful reflexologists who booked a mentoring session with me, and choosing me as your mentor - it has been wonderful to work with you. I am now looking forward to recharging, spending time with my family, gardening 🧑‍🌾 and maybe eating a chocolate egg or two! 🍫 If you are taking some time off over the coming days, I hope you have a wonderful time. We made it! The end of January is officially her We made it! The end of January is officially here! Yes! I hear you say! I know many of you have found this month really tough for a variety of reasons and have felt as though you have been walking through treacle for the past few weeks. I know I found the darker mornings challenging this year. But you made it! You survived! Mood Boosting Idea 💡 One of my favourite ways Mood Boosting Idea 💡 One of my favourite ways to lift my spirits and brighten my home in January is to treat myself to a small bunch of seasonal flowers. This treat from me to me, always lifts my spirits, adds a splash of colour to my home during the darker winter month’s, and reminds me that brighter days are on the way. It’s a simple activity, but one that can make a positive difference to how we feel. Which type of flowers would you treat yourself to? 🌺 If you are concerned about your health and well-being, please contact your GP in the first instance.

Encourage Rest 😴 Encourage a great night’s Encourage Rest 😴 Encourage a great night’s sleep to help you feel refreshed for the new day by putting down your phone/devices at least one hour before you go to bed. Your mind needs time to process the events of the day and everything it has seen/heard online, on the TV or the radio - and let’s face it we are bombarded with information all day, so we really don’t need more information before bedtime 🥱 How many times have you seen something on your phone just before you get into bed or whilst you are in bed that has played on your mind as you try to relax? I know I’ve done this and then find I need more time to switch off, which then eats into the time I should have been sleeping 😴 Taking time away from your phone and having quality relaxation time, may help you to process the day, aid relaxation and support a restful night. And as we know better quality sleep is crucial for our health and well-being. Do you take time away from your phone before bedtime or are you guilty of scrolling even when you get into bed? ***************************************************** If you have any concerns about your health or well-being, including your sleep 😴 please consult your GP in the first instance. *****************************************************
