As I've had a flurry of new followers to my page recently and it is the first day of World Reflexology Week, I thought it was time to say hello and thank you for being here.

If you are new to my page, my name is Kelly Hainsworth and I am a fully qualified reflexologist, mentor and founder of @love_reflexology

I qualified as a reflexologist in 2008 and provide treatments to support your well-being in a private and comfortable treatment room based at @thehealthworkshop in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

I am passionate about women's well-being, stress reduction and supporting clients who have experienced a bereavement.

Taking care of our well-being has never been more important and I am here to support you.

I am fully insured and a full member of the @aorreflexology, which means my treatments are delivered to the highest standards, and if you have a private cash-back policy you may be able to claim for a course of treatments. I am also listed on the NHS website, under Reflexology Services.

In addition to my soothing treatments I am a Neal’s Yard Remedies Consultant and an Affiliate for Life Armour and Harrogate Organics. I chose to work with these incredible companies as I believe in the importance of using natural and ethical products - what we put on or into our body can play such an important part in our overall well-being. I am delighted to share I have now added the below Friday dates to the diary, so you can begin your weekend early with a soothing treatment in the heart of Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

Dates include:

Friday 13th September - I only have 1pm and 2.15pm remaining on this date.

Friday 18th October

Friday 15th November

December date - to be announced soon.

Treatments available include, traditional foot reflexology, facial reflexology, or the Rest and Recharge two hour appointment.
