Today is a very special day. I celebrate 10 years of qualifying as a reflexologist with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) and establishing my business in Leicestershire.

Reflexology came to me at the end of 2006 following the death of my youngest brother – I had not experienced reflexology before.
